Gather, Cook & Connect

we'll laugh, we'll cook, we'll eat

A grassroots movement bringing women back to the table — one shared meal, one honest conversation, one real connection at a time.

"We've been eating alone at our desks for too long. It's time to come back to the table — together."

— Lynette Sorrentino

What It Is

Not a dinner party.
A returning.

Gather, Cook & Connect is a hosted gathering movement — small groups of women, a simple shared meal, and the kind of conversation that reminds you who you are outside of everything you carry.

Every table is different. Every table is home.

01

The Table is Sacred

Every woman has a seat. No performance required. You don't have to be okay. You don't have to be impressive. You just have to show up.

02

Cooking is Connection

Side by side in a kitchen, something shifts. Walls come down. Stories come out. We remember that nourishing each other is an act of love.

03

Small is Enough

Four women. Six women. Eight at most. Intimacy is the point. You cannot truly connect in a crowd. The table is designed to be close.

04

No Agenda. Just Presence.

This isn't a networking event. There's no pitch, no program, no outcome to achieve. Just women, food, and the gift of being truly seen.

05

The Food Matters

It doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to be made with intention. Even the simplest meal says: I thought of you. You're worth this.

06

One Table Becomes Many

Every gathering ripples outward. The woman you feed tonight will feed someone else. This is how a movement moves — one table at a time.

2/3

of Americans say all-female social groups have a positive impact on women's well-being — and yet most women haven't had a real dinner with friends in months.

How a Table Comes Together

You Host

Open your home — or a borrowed kitchen. A table that seats six is all you need.

You Invite

Four to eight women. Mix them up. Old friends, new neighbors, women you've been meaning to know better.

You Cook Together

A simple recipe. Side by side. The cooking is the conversation starter — no agenda needed.

You Eat & Connect

Around the table with no phones, no agendas, no timers. Just presence, laughter, and real conversation.

The Ripple Starts

Every woman at your table is inspired to host one of her own. One table becomes many.

Come back to the table.

The table has always been there. The women have always been ready. All it takes is one person willing to open the door and say: you're welcome here.
